Back Office Employee (m/f/d)

We are currently looking to strengthen our back office team:

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative and organizational support / general secretarial tasks

  • Office management, reception, and daily operations

  • Coordination of employee apparel and equipment needs

  • Document handling and records management

  • Business travel planning and fleet coordination

  • Event planning and customer support

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Very good English skills; additional languages a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a back office or executive assistant role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous
