Your responsibilities
- 
Administrative and organizational support / general secretarial tasks 
- 
Office management, reception, and daily operations 
- 
Coordination of employee apparel and equipment needs 
- 
Document handling and records management 
- 
Business travel planning and fleet coordination 
- 
Event planning and customer support 
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Very good English skills; additional languages a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in a back office or executive assistant role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous
