    Thermische Trennung im kompakten Maßstab

    Eine Komplettanlage im kleinen Maßstab – eine sogenannte Miniplant – schließt die Lücke zwischen Labor- und Produktionsanlage und weist die gleiche Funktionalität wie eine Anlage im industriellen Maßstab auf. Sie kann für Vor-Ort-Versuche in der Produktionsanlage des Kunden und zur Produktion von Kleinstmengen einer bestimmten Substanz eingesetzt werden.

    2023 wurde die erste GIG Karasek Kurzwegverdampfer Miniplant fertig gestellt. Sie wird unter hohem Vakuum betrieben und ist so vor allem zur Verdampfung besonders temperaturempfindlicher und hochviskoser Stoffe geeignet. Anwendungsbeispiele sind die destillative Reinigung von Substanzen, die durch konventionelle thermische Verfahren nicht zu trennen wären, sowie die (Rück-)Gewinnung von Wertstoffen.

    The product is distributed continuously over the entire circumference of the heating wall. Using special wiper elements the wall contact is renewed constantly and the product stream simultaneously transported. The blades do not touch the heating jacket, but prevented crusting or clogging of the heating surface by massively built, arranged with defined gap wiper elements.
